You can return an item by sending it back to us.

It is important to note that the ticket and the original packaging that came with the item are intact and of course, make sure that no defect / damage is caused to the item.

You can get a refund within 14 business days from the date of return of the item. The refund will be made on the same terms of the original transaction!
