CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
- We are accepting returns, For online purchases, we will accept a return up to 14 days. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by their receipt in order to be eligible for return or exchange. A Client Advisor will assist you in processing your return.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
- We appreciate your patience at this time, and will notify you once your return has been processed.
Refunds can take 7-14 days to process once your return has been delivered to our returns warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Once processed please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your bank statement. For all returns you will be credited back the price of the merchandise paid less the $9.95 handling fee.
